Single cell dispensing
On-chip SPIS dispenses single cells out of a cell suspension into wells of 96- or 384-well plates. The instrument has an auto-dilution function which dilutes the sample to optimal concentration. After this step the dispenser pipettes in each well a single cell accurately. The instrument can also be used for dispensing particles such as emulsion droplets.
