On-chip Sort
Microfluidic cell sorting

On-chip Sort is a cell sorter in which cells are sorted within microfluidic channels. This avoids shear stress, pressure changes, collisions and electromagnetic fields which might alter the cells. Cell sorting is done in sterilized microfluidic chips. Because of these chips a cross-contamination between samples can not occur. With On-chip Sort small sample volumes can be sorted almost without dead volume.
